1. As my girlfriend had mentioned this was my 30th to the hote, they had left a chilled bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries free of charge, a lovely touch.

2. - You're right in the heart of Times Square so it's noisy but isn't that what you signed up for?- I needed toothpaste and rather than have to buy it at triple the retail price, I simply asked the registration desk and was given a tube free of charge.
