3. The rooms are a great size for New York City (at least 300 square feet), with modern amenities, comfortable beds, waterfall showerheads, etc. I LOVE the sinks that the hotel uses.

9. Lots of amenities with a great gym and fabulous vibrant bar ( although vacuous female bartenders are a bit prissy and lazy, standing in the corner and doing nothing much but preen and chat to each other or text on their mobiles; the one male bartender is hardworking, professional and attentive).
