1. Being a Starwood member, I was told by various managers I had to leave my room after I asked and was happy to pay for a late check out since I had a bad bout of food poisoning.

5. + Clean, Stylish rooms and beautiful bathroom+ Bliss amenities + good hairdryer (not as good as I have at home but much better than in most hotels)+ Check in and check out was handled extremely quickly+ WhateverWhenever staff and check out lady were polite and fun- Our room view was very poor (opposite building, ventilators and some kind of roof below)- The entrance is not very welcomingOur purpose for 3 nights in NYC was to do the basic sightseeing and shopping so the location was very convenient for that but next time I would choose a hotel that has more peaceful atmosphere and location.

6. The physically send a 'inspector' up when you check out to manually count what waters/items (which have no price list by the way) you use from the refridgerater etc, which delays your checkout another 15minutes as well.

8. We were advised at check in that there would be no need to check out and back in for the final night, but the room keys were nonetheless invalidated on the third morning and we had to go down to the front desk and have new ones made.
