6. m to 8:30 p.m. This was not offered at check in and we only found out the last day of our stay so make sure you check this out because cabs can get costly.

7. We booked room only and I would recommend this as there are plenty of great eateries nearby for a fraction of the cost that was being charged at the hotel.

9. - There are big crowds out in the Square sometimes, so be prepared!- Room and valet costs are high though comparable to other Ws.

10. Little things you might expect from a hotel with the reputation (& cost) of the W just don't exist - like shower caps, or the ability to have your mini bar cleared at no extra cost so you can use the fridge for other things.
