4. It is ultra cool, it's in a great location, it has great restaurants, one of the hottest bars in the city, and the rooms are beautiful, spacious, and quiet.

5. The location is great, Gramercy Park is a lovely neighbourhood, and a huge bonus, and indeed one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the fact that we would be able to visit the private garden (which is wonderful).
