1. I was in the city for work and was out of my room from 7am until 5pm, more than sufficient time for housekeeping to get in to clean.

4. I too had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and still housekeeping called to see if I wanted the room made up.

5. My response was the REASON I had a do not disturb sign on my door was to keep from being bothered by housekeeping --- do not disturb means DON'T CALL EITHER.

7. When we got the room we was over the moon the room was just perfect we loved every bit of it, we had 2 double beds which we wasn't expecting and the room was very well presented , clean and the housekeeping staff made sure we had fresh towels and toiletries everyday without fail.

8. The housekeeping staff never bothered to check the alarm clock and after a night of interrupted sleep we were woken up by the alarm at 5 am.
