1. The housekeeping staff do a great job - the rooms are very clean, the turndown service is nicely done and there are plenty of fresh towels (although I can never understand why hotel towels have to be so small!).

7. The rooms were attended every day with fresh towels and clean sheets, and there was a turn down service each evening where they left fresh bottles of water and chocolates on our bedside tables.
