3. The rooms were attended every day with fresh towels and clean sheets, and there was a turn down service each evening where they left fresh bottles of water and chocolates on our bedside tables.

Beds comfy and very clean small compared to normal american beds but pritty much the norm in NYC so a standard UK double size Sheets clean and Duvet cover very cleanVery spacious, maybe lacked on storage for a family of four as i hid my cloths away in the DVD cupboard as the draws were taken up with my childrens and wifes cloths.

6. We had the best sleep we've had in a while, as the beds are delicious- I need to know what thread count the sheets were because they were fabulous.

7. But the sheets , bed and pillows were very comfortable and I attribute the noise to the busy location of Park Ave and the fact that there were balconies.

9. We were very pleased with our room (although strangely, there was no bedcover on the bed - just sheets and a folded blanket at the foot of the bed - and one of the sheets was quite badly torn.

10. There were a few small holes in the sheets the first night which we thought was a bit shoddy, but the complimentary Prosecco which appeared in our room for our anniversary more than made up for it.
