1. The positives were many: friendly staff, excellent 5-7p cocktail hour in the lobby, good breakfast buffet, free internet, good cable TV channel choices and so forth.

2. Very well appointed with balcony, great aircon, soft robes, toiletries, cable, DVD & CD players (the hotel also has a library of music and film for you to choose from), ipod dock (though it didn't charge my itouch).

3. There were plenty of amenities - including (but not limited to) an iphone dock alarm clock, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, an automated privacy/darkness shade, a fully stocked mini-bar, and complimentary wifi internet access.

9. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed with great amenities - flat screens, ipod docking stations, cable, etc. The staff is always courteous and very helpful.

The suite was small and a little dark, but very comfortable, great bed, and best of all with a CD player as well as the cable TV, so we could enjoy our evenings (liked the room service with prices the same as the restaurant below, and a very reasonable one-off service charge rather than a percentage).
