4. The welcome at check in was warm, helpful and efficient, the restaurant recommendation from the concierge was spot on and our breakfast server managed to be welcoming, attentive and unobtrusive all at the same time.

7. I recommend walking through times square and towards 8th street and walking up that way for restaurants as there are more that way with a great variety of different cuisines.

8. I love the Eggs Benidect for Breakfast in Gaby's, the evening meals are always wonderful, Gregory Polino is a great restaurant Manager and Sylvian Harribey a great Executive Chef with a fantastic Menu.

9. Its a wonderful hotel in a great location for visiting all the major sites in NY plus its very close to a wide selection of good restaurants should you choose not to eat at the hotel itself, where the food incidentally is very good and the breakfasts in particular never fail to impress.

10. We agree with many of these reviews that Sofitel is in a great location for going to dinner and shows in Times Square - close enough to walk but far enough away from the crowds generated by the theaters and restaurants there.
