5. The welcome at check in was warm, helpful and efficient, the restaurant recommendation from the concierge was spot on and our breakfast server managed to be welcoming, attentive and unobtrusive all at the same time.

So in 2009 we went for a further 5 days, the Hotel was just as good as the first visit, back again in 2010, then last July 2011, for 7 days, we were greeted with hugs and handshakes from Randy and Elvis, we were welcomed to the hotel by Paula the Concierge, who was a really nice, talkative and helpful person.
