I guess that housekeeping in this hotel is the best we have ever witnessed as they always have a nice smile and are helpful and even one lady left what she was doing and grabbed a shopping bag from my hand and brought it to my room with no expectation for a tip which is saying a lot for New York.

Why I LOVED my stay:- We had a suite, so our room was nice and spacious for the two of us- The Fitness center is big and well equipped, one of the best hotel gyms I've encountered- They surprised us with a chocolate cake and chocolate covered strawberries because it was our anniversary- Housekeeping and turn down service very efficient- Excellent location - central to times square, shopping, theatre district, in the heart of it all- The friendliness at this hotel is exemplary of first-class hospitality.

7. We got lot of good suggestions from concierge team and also all the bell captains and housekeeping were very nice to us.
