1. I love the Eggs Benidect for Breakfast in Gaby's, the evening meals are always wonderful, Gregory Polino is a great restaurant Manager and Sylvian Harribey a great Executive Chef with a fantastic Menu.

5. I emailed the hotel a week ago but I didn't get any response so I finally called the hotel and they gave me the number of service manager who definitely helped and understood our concerns.

7. In the morning the AMAZING day manager approached us - very apologetic and clearly very embarassed over what we had dealt with the night before and suggested my mom take the complementary room for the entire length of our stay.
