7. The only thing we found a little cheap was to charge for the internet wifi but withour asking they removed it from our bill so nothing to complain about.

10. The wireless was still non-usable later that night, and I stumbled upon another ethernet port behind the coffee-maker on the other side of the room, plugged in the cable, and I finally was able to get internet.
