5. Be warned this hotel is not on the beach, all the rooms have a partial ocean view with the exception of some 5th floor rooms but even these like all the others actually look over car lots, tattoo parlours and dumpsters.

6. All new furnishings, beautiful partial ocean view, great bed, unbelievable shower/bath, and just the feeling that you went through a time machine from the late 90's to 2011 on the 4 floor ride up to the newer top portion of the hotel.
