Upon check in I asked what the deal was on that, and the gentleman who helped me was unsure, and there was no record of this on our reservation, but after asking his colleague they came to the conclusion that we would eat there, and then the $50 would be taken off of our bill at check in, and there was no reason to let the restaurant know.

4. At check in en during the whole we were provided with perfect service from Front Desk staff, who were always happy to answer any questions and give advice about what to visit in LA.

6. This was my last stop on a rather long trip and I forgot to call that I was planning to check-in early, but they tried very hard to accommodate me even though I showed up 4 hours ahead of check-in time.

The check in was fine, we upgraded to a 6th floor room for an extra $25 per night, which didnt seem like much, but once you factor in city tax, tourist tax etc etc etc etc our bill was nearly $700 for 2 nights - this was a lot more than we had planned on spending so be careful as the prices quoted on the websites (we booked with booking.
