1. Great position on Venice, rooms are large and spacious, shower is excellent, beds are super comfortable and they have a nice feel to them generally.

2. All new furnishings, beautiful partial ocean view, great bed, unbelievable shower/bath, and just the feeling that you went through a time machine from the late 90's to 2011 on the 4 floor ride up to the newer top portion of the hotel.

5. How do you not inform guests that they simply cannot shower, drink, go to the bathroom etc for the duration of most the day.

7. The staff was extremely apologetic about it, had contractors in non-stop to fix it, and offered a set-aside room that did have hot running water, where guests could reserve time slots & keys to shower.
