4. Upon returning to the room at around 2 pm after some great surf to get cleaned up, there was a note placed on the bed stating that from 12-6 pm there would be no water in any of the hotel rooms, not to mention that housekeeping had not yet been to the room.

9. Only real complaint, and this is minor, was that housekeeping is slow (not to be confused with not good--our room was immaculate)--our room wasn't picked up when we got back in the afternoon around 4:30/5 on two days (and no, we didn't have the do not disturb sign out).
