1. I recommend to the manager that non hotel guests be kept out of the hotel floors.

9. The folks at the front door were quick to welcome you back - and sometimes when the valet was busy talking to a guest or parking the car, that front door guy was the manager himself (who always seemed to be filling in somewhere when things got busy).
