1. It is within walking distance of several major attractions in downtown Philadelphia like the Liberty Bell and the Philadelphia Museum of Art where Sylvester Stallone ran up the steps in the movie Rocky.

4. I was completely happy with the room, very clean and comfortable beds, nice bathroom with a mirror and lighting that makes you look prettier, so you feel great when you go out!;-) Four points is a little fancier than I'm used to (and pricier) but for downtown philly I'm sure it's a good value.
