1. The only thing I was upset was 100% prepayment charge (about 2 weeks before arrival), though clearly stated in the booking that nothing to be charged in advance.

2. com because they wanted to charge us a $99 'no show' fee even though we did stay there.

3. They do have valet but they don't use a secure lot and they charge $25 a day, while the parking lot across the street was $20 a day and guarded for most of the day and part of the night.
