3. I left the cleaning lady and complimentary note and a small tip every day( for 7 days) and we always got clean towels and clean sheets and we didn't ask for them.

7. There were crumbs on the bedsheets and floor, dirt and dust (and some sort of sticky stuff) on the furniture, and when we pulled back the bedspread, we found toys from the previous guests, which tells me the sheets had NOT been changed.

8. This room appeared to have been repaired and painted recently, so it wasn't falling apart quite as much as the first room, but there was still mold, and dirt, and dust, and cracked bathroom tile, and sheets that haven't been washed.

9. We searched the room from top to bottom and guessed it must have got trapped in bed sheets and lost when the bedsheets were changed.

10. Our room itself was comfortable though I would have liked more space to hang towels in the bathroom -- I support wdw's efforts to conserve natural resources by limiting unneeded laundering of sheets/towels, but they need to provide more space to allow guests to hang their towels up to dry.
