When it wasn't done the next morning either, I went to the lobby to speak to someone & found a very nice, helpful
manager
named Adam who made sure we got the VIP treatment in our room and credited us some money back.

In all fairness, I complained to the concierge and she got the

to compensate me, and the toilet never gave us problems again.

The staff at the hotel (except for our housekeeper) were also all very nice, including the housekeeping

that came and inspected my room, etc..
