1. My kids love riding the parking lot trams and parking at the Polynesian is plentiful and close to the rooms.
"Best Disney Hotel!!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/7/2012 Vote
2. The only negatives were outside the control of the Polynesian -- a cold morning when the monorail didn't run well; a slow-arriving bus; and a very crowded parking lot (but after I'd nearly given up, they showed me a secondary lot where I was able to park).
"Excellent stay at Concierge Level " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/20/2012 Vote
3. Definitely staying on property is pricier than staying at a comparable place off property, but when you have young children, its nice to have the option of coming back to your hotel for naps and swimming without hiking back to your parking lot, etc. etc. It keeps both adults and kids happy, making the entire experience more enjoyable.
"Best location of all the Disney resorts! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/10/2011 Vote
4. Parking is free for self park (lot is close not 2 mile trek like some places) and $12 a day for valet.
"Grounds and location great, other than that kinda "meh". " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/24/2011 Vote

6. The hotel has too many pros to list: perfect location, beautiful landscaping, superb Disney service, monorail access, free parking, comfortable and spacious rooms, two great pools, 24-hour room service, excellent restaurants, and a history that is hard to find in many other properties.
"As incredible & magical today as it was when I was 3! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2011 Vote
7. Other things to note:Internet was $10 a day (cable hanging in closet)Plenty of parking for rooms far off the beaten path - like ours.

9. Tons of things for kids to do, breakfasts with Disney characters, Luau with Hawaiian show, (food never stops coming!) poolside and beach activities with crew for kids,(fantastic 'volcano' water slide, walk-in pool does not get overly deep) movie on beach every night, view of Cinderella's castle, monorail to parks right at front door, all night snack shop, refill your Disney mugs for free for the whole stay, kids' lobby with constant Disney cartoons and coloring, spontaneous events like hula lessons right in the lobby, Hawaiian dancers performing.
"The ONLY place to stay with kids while at Disney World " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/28/2012 Vote
