1. The cast member at the front desk was incredibly sweet and decided not to charge us the extra $25/night for the 3rd adult (my dad, who decided to come with us to golf at Disney's fabulous courses after my mom and I had already booked our package).

4. We had originally booked for Animal Kingdom Lodge in late August 07, but due to renervations we were upgraded free of charge to the Polynesian.

8. When we booked through Disney we were told that there is a $25 charge for the third adult in the room and since there was not a way to take off the 25 the last 2 nights we had to make sure we told the front desk when we checked in.

10. We finally spoke to the hotel supervisor who did lower our nightly charge, after I explained that we were not receiving $1000/room/night service plus unhappiness with the offerings in the concierge lounge.
