7. Upon arrival in my room, I enjoyed the fresh smell and thought everything would be okay until I saw the pillow on my bed with red lipstick or blood on it and marched into the hall to find the maids.

8. The underside of the comforter was filthy, the pillows underneath the cases were disgusting and the fluffy layer in between the two top sheets had hair and stains on it.
