2. I disagree with those who complained about the noise, i heard nothing- This modern hotel has a friendly lobby, and the check-in was trouble-free- The room is moderately large, modern.

9. They initially had a fellow from New York who was very attentive at check-in, but once he was gone the staff was slow, rude, and sometimes absent from locations one would expect staff to always be present (for help and security).
