Our experience with this hotel was horrible- first room- rain poured thru windows- got our clothes wet- second room- water leaked on floor thru window- third room the a/c did not work- they would not comp a night - after moving us three times- the tub in third room - the drain handle in wall was hanging out- light fixture didn't work- maid did not change dirty bed linnens on bed- no towels in room- keys had to be re-keyed multiple times- added some one else's restaurant bill to our bill- computer system had wrong city for us- and said it couldn't be changed in their computer- I had to go on line and change it when i got home?-key wouldn't work in elevator most times to go to your floor- overall- a night mare!would never go back.

6. Because we had forgotten to remove the 'do not disturb' sign from our door, we found our room in the same shape we left it in and it was almost time for the maids to leave for the day.

7. Upon arrival in my room, I enjoyed the fresh smell and thought everything would be okay until I saw the pillow on my bed with red lipstick or blood on it and marched into the hall to find the maids.

8. Maid never left new soap, shampoo, etc.Room door had chunks of wood missing like someone had tried to break-in.
