1. A few of the front desk staff could still learn a lesson or two from housekeeping about hospitality and a genuine smile, but overall they have been great and have greatly improved.

9. I felt very comfortable that my stay would be a safe one when I asked the housekeeping gentleman if he could help me further with the door, and he told me that because of security that I would have to go back down to the front desk to request further assistance.
