8. Problems/complaints included light leakage through the sides of the designer window shades so room had an all night glow from the parking lot, lukewarm to mildly warm showers (complained about but not fixed 2nd night), an annoying bedside Moon Beam alarm clock that glowed all night, and no evidence of recycling other than towel reuse and shower dispensers of shampoo and body wash.
