1. After a call to housekeeping the service guys brought us new towels, but when they came to replace the dirty comforter, they noticed stains on that one as well.

2. There were several items that housekeeping re-used, and it looked like it - the cards on the beds and bottled water, and the trash cans did not have liners, and the cans were stained and filthy inside.
