6. Most of the services at this hotel are self-service, but the still need to have enough staff at the front desk to not make the check-in process take 15 minutes of wait time in line because you only have one person and no automated check in procedures.

10. At check out I was eager to leave, (and never come back) but forgot something at my room, so I repeated the experience (but thanks god) this time only 2 times from check in to my room.
