9. Not to be too gross, but if you are in the room when someone else is in the bathroom, since there is NO exhaust fan to mask sounds.

10. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom itself, divided from the bedroom, so you dont have to watch someone brush their teeth, and where you will find a two person shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower dispensers on the wall.
