1. They told us the 'upgraded' suite room was free and so nice, but they failed to mention they were moving us to a hotel with NO POOL.

5. The Dorset suite I stayed in had an upgraded bathroom, huge 42' plasma TV, mini bar, and enough room and furniture to accommodate some of my guests.
