3. Two very nice female managers of the hotel (one of which refunded me the night stay) apologized for the incident and gave me their business cards and told me to contact them if the parking manager does not reimburse me and that they would make it right.

I will make this easy for you:-staff incredibly stressed and unhappy except for this one chipper junior manager fellow who at least is a good actor-rooms terribly overpriced for what they are - shoddy furniture, poor lighting, cheap stuff-reservationists not trust worthy as promised one thing on the phone but hotel delivered horrible messes not like what was promised-bellmen lost our luggage!-DJ plays music in the lobby until 2AM, so pray you are not assigned a room near that lobby.

8. So This Guest That Was There Also Was Very Unhappy Because She Was About To Miss Her Flight And All The Manager Had To Say Was' Well Its Not Our Fault You Missed The Shuttle Ma'am' How About She Was Out There Waiting Longer Than Me So Apparently The Shuttle Never Came.

I would like to end by thanking Linsey Harris who is the manager at the Catalina, for her kindness to us and compliment her professionalism yet a felling of friendship and so very approachable, which is a rare gift, I hope this letter wil be seen by her superiors to let them know how well she and her staff take care of their guests, It was an unforgettable vacation and look forward to retuning to the Catalina again very soon.
