1. My friend in the adjecent room had an airco that did not work at all and although she asked for someone to fix it 3 times, no one came by to help her out.

This place has everything for a great time in Miami Beach!minutes away from the beach, beautiful modern rooms, 24 hour restaurant with delicious food and reasonable prices, free shuttle to the airport, very pleasant and accommodating staff, excellent swimming pool, FREE drinks at the bar for an hour every evening.

7. Catalina is not a bad place to stay just warning you in advance get the king room the other rooms are as big as shoe boxes.
