You can use the valets for free for your first night which is great when you're unloading your suitcases, etc. Their concierges are very helpful so by all means ask them about what to do, where to eat, etc. We didn't find the hotel construction bothersome and they're great deals to be had on food, cabanas, spa treatments, etc. during their construction period.

6. Pulled up to the Fairmont and the Valets had our name, told me that check in night was complimentary and took care of the car, the bags and even the front desk.

8. The conceirge, front desk, in suite dining, breakfast, house-keeping, Valets, bell-boys etc (I'm sure I've missed someone) all of you smile, do your best to help and come across so genuine - you made our 7 nights so well worth the decision to come to Maui, Hawaii.
