3. Ordering a small bowl of soup that they charge $18 arrived with a plastic spoon with an explanation that they 'run out of regular clean spoons' so your $18 soup during dinner is served with a cheap plastic spoon.

6. The king bed was comfy, linens were high quality, the overhead fan was perfect, and the turndown service each night was awesome - we came in after dinner each night to the lovely sounds of Hawaiian music on the tvs.
