1. I saw 3 tiny bugs in the shower area on our last day and you do have to bring everything you need except dishes and towels.

Great to have a fully furnished home away from home-do own laundry in washer/dryer, dishes in dishwasher, etc. Was more like having your own house than being on a resort or at a hotel-towels provided,then you wash and re-use the same ones yourself,no house keeper,only first role of toilet paper provided,front desk not too knowledgeable or helpful and often didn't answer their phone-but we enjoyed having our own space and independence and there is a Publix grocery store nearby for anything you need like paper towel or dish soap.

HOmes were GREAT- CLEAN- very clean- linen and towels were fresh and clean, it was very pleasant- homes smelled great, no smoke odor or any mildew or mold you may expect in homes in such a moist place- but we did see some spiders (big ones long legs) so beware if you have kids that get scared, but I don't think they were a problem (like health problem!).

5. The carpets are very dirty and not enough towels, or cookware for making dinner after a long day at the park, we ended up eating out most of the time which is an added expense we didn't need.

6. The townhouse that we had was very clean with extra towels, sheets, etc. We had enough room where we did not get in the way of each other, also 4 baths helped.
