1. I was cool paying a $10 fee per day for an internet card but when they asked for a $100 deposit, I was appalled.

5. Even that they charge a cleaning fee is so dirty that as sonn as we arrived we try to clean the Villa in order to stay, we try to call the manager and never got an answaer.

6. The complex really needs just a slight makeover to get it upto scratch and it does need to drop the cleaning fee and internet fees etc and just increase their nightly fee, this would make customers be more accepting of the overall charges.

8. We got a decent deal at $100 a night, although we were required to pay $99 cleaning fee because we only stayed 3 nights and not the 5 night minimum to avoid the cleaning fee.

9. We rented through VRBO and I was told by another guest at the resort that if you contact the owners directly that they will sometimes wave the cleaning fee for short stays.

10. Daily cleaning fee is a rip-off as you are responsible for washing your own towels & vacuuming, etc., during your stay & are required to strip all beds & empty all trash cans prior to leaving or be charged an extra cleaning fee on top of daily fee.
