1. No stains in the carpets, no bugs (and this was July in Florida), Everything worked, the people were very pleasant to deal with and the clubhouse area with the lazy river and slide was very nice.

5. We got a decent deal at $100 a night, although we were required to pay $99 cleaning fee because we only stayed 3 nights and not the 5 night minimum to avoid the cleaning fee.

7. We usually pay $89-$109 per night (We use VRBO to find the best deals) Sometimes you do have to walk to the pool, sometimes your unit is further and you might need to drive-I don't find this to be a big deal.
