1. The parking area is only big enough for two cars, so additional vehicles have to park in the road.

2. When we walked into the room, (BTW if you have more then 2 cars, your up a creek on parking), the first thing we all noticed was the big black stains all over the capet.

3. We had 5 adults and 4 children stay in a very clean 4 bedroom ,3.5 bath townhome with free parking big enough for 2 suvs and it was wonderful, not to mention less then half the price for a Disney hotel room.
