3. I looked at over 5 rooms before we found one that did not have a hole in the ceiling above the shower, a sofa sleeper with no mattress, a tv that worked, or a patio door that actually opened and was not stuck shut.

4. The safe broke twice , the blinds were broke, the coffee maker broke, the master tub was clogged and drained so slow you stood in 4 inches of water when showering.

Few items you need to be aware off - the townhouse we stayed in has roaches crawling all over the kitchen, no heat, the linens were old and dirty, the pillows were flat and lumpy, there were no extra sheets or pillows for the sofa bed, there were carpet stains throughout the house and the shower head was impossible to take a shower with.
