1. The sheets, spreads and comforters were stained with "who knows what" I went to the front desk several times until I finally got a response.

Great to have a fully furnished home away from home-do own laundry in washer/dryer, dishes in dishwasher, etc. Was more like having your own house than being on a resort or at a hotel-towels provided,then you wash and re-use the same ones yourself,no house keeper,only first role of toilet paper provided,front desk not too knowledgeable or helpful and often didn't answer their phone-but we enjoyed having our own space and independence and there is a Publix grocery store nearby for anything you need like paper towel or dish soap.

4. We stayed at the Regal Palms for 5 nights at the beginning of July, when we arrived very late due to delayed flight they had no knowledge of our booking, After looking into it, the man on the front desk found a booking for us showing an arrival date of the 2nd of June instead of 2nd July, however OUR booking confirmation showed the correct date.
