2. Even that they charge a cleaning fee is so dirty that as sonn as we arrived we try to clean the Villa in order to stay, we try to call the manager and never got an answaer.

4. We thought the food was rather average but it was nice to have a restaurant on site, and it was nice to be able to charge meals and pool drinks to our room number and pay for everything at checkout.

5. They tried to charge us for cleaning even though this was incorporated in our package deal and we had to wait 3 days for the coded safe to be activated, dispite numerous requests, which meant that we had to carry our valuables around with us until it was sorted.

Locked all doors and exited via garage when we drove to resort to use big pool and was unable to get in upon return -there was a deadbolt on front door that only locked and unlocked from inside and the key we had only worked on deadbolt on front door and no other doors (ie - door from garage to house) - we didn't know - maintenance came,had no other keys, they called locksmith and tried to charge us for that - we argued that we didn't have adequate keys and so far have not been charged.

9. when i booked our trip, there was nothing mentioned about an additional charge after we got there, for 55.00 for a cleaning fee, and when i explained this to management, when they were telling me i had to pay it, her response was, if you don't like it, you can try another resort.

10. There is a free shuttle to the Disney Transportation station but it only leaves once a day and there is a $15.00 per adult charge for them to take you to Universal or Sea World.
