3. Its hard to feel like you're 'getting away from it all' with all of the commotion, towel carts, fighting for chairs and umbrellas, etc. It was simple to drive our car to the less crowded section of Wailea beach closer to the Four Seasons or Polo beach near the Fairmount (public access with free parking).

7. The reasonable resort fee covered parking, unlimited internet, access to fitness center, free yoga class, free shuttle to the beach, and a very nice Kona Coffee bar with bagels and light items.

8. We walked to the beach [15 minutes], drove our car to the beach and parked in free public parking, and took the free Escalade shuttle to the hotel's spot at the Grand Wailea.

9. We were always able to get a spot by the pool, the spa was never full, continental breakfast was delicious, they have free parking and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
