4. This spot has so much potential, if they were to renovate the rooms and incorporate some fun music at the bar and actually create a night life for their guests and atmosphere, it would make such a big difference, and we would pay more to stay there.

9. The reasonable resort fee covered parking, unlimited internet, access to fitness center, free yoga class, free shuttle to the beach, and a very nice Kona Coffee bar with bagels and light items.
