I think the hotel has some kinks to work out in terms of process -- for some bizarre reason, our check-in took 15 minutes because the guy at the front desk had to explain to us every little detail of the hotel, its spa offerings, its activities during the week, etc. I really am not interested in any of that after a very long flight from Chicago -- I can figure it out for myself later and would prefer if someone just checked me in quickly and got me into a room ASAP.
