1. The bed was super comfortable, the staff were all exceptionally nice & friendly (loved the bell men/valets!)and the whole resort was spotless.

4. koi ponds, and good restaurant/bar; Golden sandy beach steps away with nice snorkeling and less crowded than south Ka'anapali resort area; 10 min car ride to lively Lahaina; 5 min car ride/30 min beachwalk to Kaanapali Beach restaurants/shopping; Great Valet service.

5. This was a big pain, but front desk compensated with free valet and roll away for entire stay and one day breakfast buffet ($200 value).
