Pros: 1 bedroom suite spacious & modern; Our View from Building 2, Room 2323 was amazing with beach/ocean/pool views; Full modern clean kitchen; Small washer/Dryer in suite, but noisy; Huge bathroom with deep spa tub and separate large shower; Detailed friendly housekeeping/TIP these Hard Workers Please; Professional/friendly front desk; Concierge: quick & knowledgeable; Pool Complex beautiful/South end better with water slide.

5. I didn't have to wash our swim suites every day by hand- Quiet - At least for us in bldg 3, I felt like it was really quiet (except housekeeping staff, see below)- Kitchenette (at least for the studio) - I loved having a bigger sized fridge than the little ones you get at other hotels.

Very nice service people / wait staff, bartenders etc.Parking was convenient - close to our floorNice location to other activities/ shuttle is a nice offeringCons: Much confusion about housekeeping - and no one really explained it to us, when I called was told - not my buildingFood and drink ( other than happy hour offerings) were pricey - our one dinner near the lobby and pool was not so good and had to listen to kids screaming by the pool the whole time.

9. When we called the front desk to have housekeeping clean up, we waited for 30minutes and they never showed.

10. When we went to get our luggage to move rooms a note had been placed on the door by housekeeping that the ants had been cleaned and 'poisoned' to kill off the ants.
